Alisa is a London based writer and director. 

After getting a degree in Journalism in Moscow State University and working for a short period in film distribution in Russia, Alisa relocated to London to pursue and finish a Master’s degree in Filmmaking at the London Film School. Within her two-year MA course she produced and directed over 10 short films. Her graduation film “Karavai, Karavai” has premiered at the Russian Film Week in London. Her next short film “Sink or Swim”, also filmed in Moscow, got selected for Encounters 2020. Her 1-minute film “Career Path” shot on a mobile phone has won the best prize in Mobile Film Festival, granting her with prize money towards her next short film. Her other credits include documentary film “A Night out" shot for Depaul UK, a commercial for emerging Russian brand Maybe, “Make a Wish’’ (Impact50 Second chancer), short film "The Nude Model” (Cinemasuono competition, Italy, 3d prize).
